We want you to love what you buy from GPulse. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to make it right.

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a **14-day return window** from the date your order is delivered. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a return within that window — no hassle, no runaround.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

- It must be within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and inserts.

Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or are returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at theglowpulse@gmail.com with:

1. Your order number
2. The item(s) you'd like to return
3. The reason for the return

We'll respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions and a shipping address.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective (see below). We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we're not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets our return conditions, we'll process your refund within **5-7 business days**. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

Want a different product instead of a refund? We're happy to help with exchanges. Contact us at **support@theglowpulse.com** within 14 days of delivery, and we'll walk you through the process. The original item must be unused and in its original packaging to qualify for an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it at **no charge** — including shipping. Just email us at **support@theglowpulse.com** within 7 days of delivery with:

1. Your order number
2. A photo of the damaged or defective item
3. A brief description of the issue

We'll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Items returned after the 14-day window
