Shipping policy

At GlowPulse, we want your new beauty tech to reach you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within **1-3 business days** (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once your package ships.

Tracking Your Order

Every order includes tracking. Once your package ships, we'll email you a tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time. If you haven't received a tracking email within 4 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder. If it's not there, contact us at theglowpulse@gmail.com and we'll locate your tracking info right away.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international customers may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for details before placing your order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than **10 business days**, or if your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within **7 days** at **support@theglowpulse.com**. We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.
